Foreigners are investing more money into US real estate markets.

Summer homes, second homes, and investments have been the norm for foreign investors/owners for many years; however, with the weakened dollar, dropping real estate prices and tracking the market fluctuation in the North American Continent, foreign investors have acquired a larger share of the U.S. real estate market at an accelerating rate today than in years past.
