About Jorge Jimenez, Senior Associate

Jorge Jimenez is a Senior Associate at Marcus & Millichap. He started his career at Marcus & Millichap in early 2004 and has sold over $41 Million dollars of investment grade real estate for his clients.

Jorge specializes in the disposition of multi-family investment properties in San Diego County, however, he has also sold investment real estate throughout the continental United States. His expertise in selling real estate locally has allowed his client list to expand exponentially and he's committed to his clients needs.

Jorge has also participated in the sale of development land and has the experience necessary to see major projects through the complicated escrow process. He's advised his many land owner clients on the many ways to put together complex transactions that have benefited in net profits upon sale.

Jorge also consults property owners on the myriad of options available to investors through the IRS 1031 Exchange process. From selling apartments, land, commercial and retail properties; he has gained the necessary experience and expertise in identifying greater cash flow for his clients.

Jorge is a graduate from San Diego State University, with Special Recognition from the University for his outstanding performance. He is married with three children. Though busy with family life, he finds time to volunteer with different non-profit organizations. In his spare time he enjoys watching his children participate in competitive soccer as well as playing it himself. He is an avid reader, chess player, and golfer.
